Our Services

1

Nasal Breathing

Breathing through our nose is the natural way we are designed to breathe! It effectively filters, warms, and adds moisture to the air we inhale. Additionally, nitric oxide is produced and released prodominately when we breathe through our nose, which is crucial for our cardiovascular health.

2

Tongue Posture

Tongue Poster

The tongue plays a significant role in our appearance. It is intended to rest against the roof the mouth - which is

the base of our nose!

Providing essential support

and guidance for the development of the upper jaw. When the tongue rests at the bottom of the mouth, it can lead to potential breathing issues.

3

Lip Posture

Maintaining a proper lip seal is essential for our overall well-being. It encourages nasal breathing, which can enhance sleep quality and reduce the risk of tooth decay and gum disease. By our lips resting comfortably together, we promote healthier habits that benefit us day and night.

4

Correct Swallow

A forward-thrusting tongue during swallowing is known as tongue thrust or reverse swallow. This can result in swallowing air while eating or drinking, potentially leading to acid reflux, stomach pain, gas, and bloating. It's also a common contributor to orthodontic relapse
